Known Issues

Events (LCoG/ToT) ended prematurely and news disappearing

• Description: Both the Lost City of Gold event and Tower of Titans event ended prematurely for some players upon logging into the game. Similarly, all news in the mailbox occasionally does not appear for players.

• Status: This issue is resolved with the 22.1 update.

• Notice: If during the time period the issues occurred you spent gems to purchase or rush the rewards track of the event, please contact our support team and we will reimburse you the spent gems.
